I wasn’t always the confident coach you see today. I’ve been through the cycles—yo-yo dieting, chasing perfection, and constantly starting over.
What changed everything for me was realizing that health isn’t about punishment or extremes. It’s about small, sustainable shifts that actually work in real life—and feeling supported while you make them.
What Broke Me &
What Brought Me Back
When my mom passed away in 2016 after a devastating stroke and neglect, I broke. I drank too much, ate like crap, and ignored everything I knew. It wasn’t until I faced my pain head-on that I began to heal—and apply everything I had learned.
That’s when I realized: health isn’t just about knowledge–heck, with 2 degrees I had plenty of that. It’s about having the right tools, the right mindset, and the right support.
That’s why DMNFIT exists.

I’ve been in the health and wellness industry long enough to see how broken it is.
Everywhere you turn, someone’s selling a new fad diet, a magic supplement, a “shortcut” to six-pack abs. Real health isn’t about following someone else’s rules. It’s about finding what actually works for YOU.
That’s why I don’t do cookie-cutter plans.

- I love musicals and have seen Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Rent, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and so many more.
- I whisper-sing and sometimes dance in the gym (yes, really).
- My playlist jumps from heavy metal to trance to Broadway soundtracks.
- Nature is my therapy—whether I’m hiking in the woods or kayaking at sunrise.
- I inherited my love and respect for animals from my mom, who never met a stray she didn’t want to help. Over the years, our home welcomed everything from rabbits and birds to guinea pigs, cats, and dogs—and her passion for caring for them definitely rubbed off on me.
